Paper Submission
Submission Policies
The conference accepts two types of submissions:
1. Regular Papers: Manuscripts should not exceed six pages in total length. Accepted papers will be published in the official ICSSE 2025 proceedings. Selected papers may be recommended for publication in reputable international journals..
2. Presentation-Only Position Papers: High-quality, one-page position papers are also welcome. These will only be included in the conference proceedings.
All submissions must be written in English, prepared electronically in PDF format, and submitted via the conference website. The official language of the conference is English. Authors are required to ensure compliance with these guidelines before submission.
Papers should be submitted via the EasyChair system.
Double-Anonymous Reviewing
We use a double-anonymous review process, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain unaware of each other’s identities. Authors must anonymize their submissions by omitting names, affiliations, and other identifying details. References to prior work should be in the third person (e.g., “As shown by”) instead of using phrases like “our previous research.” However, all relevant prior work, including the authors’ own, must still be fully cited to allow reviewers to assess novelty.
Reviewers are prohibited from attempting to uncover author identities. If anonymity is compromised, notify the Program Chairs immediately. Submissions will be checked for anonymity compliance, and authors may be required to make corrections within three days of the deadline. Only changes addressing anonymity issues will be permitted.
